Step 1. Test for suitability

To ensure that your website will correctly run you’re ipresent video a short test clip is sent to you, your webmaster or the person(s) that manage your website. This short test will determine the suitability of your website to run ipresent videos. We can assist your webmaster or webhost with any technical issues that may arise.

Step 2. Write a script

Write a script that clearly and concisely explains your key messages to your website visitor. It should read for no longer than 60 seconds, that’s around 150 words. We can assist with this process (at no additional cost). Then you e-mail the script to us at info@ipresent.com.au. There’s no need to commit this script to memory as we use a teleprompter from which you (or a professional actor) will read.


Step 3. Decide who will perform your message

There are two options when it comes to delivering your important message.

a) You, or someone that you nominate, delivers your message. This requires around 1 hour in our studio.

b) Alternatively, a professional actor could present your message. We have access to a wide pool of professional actors, and we can select the most appropriate person to deliver your message. Professional rates vary, so please contact us for pricing for your specific needs.


Step 4. We create the video

This is done by Gary Hegedus Productions at our Park Orchards studio. We can, however, come to your premises and set up the required equipment (at an additional cost).


Step 5. You review the video

We provide you with a sample copy of the video for your approval. 


Step 6., Upload your video

After you have approved the video it is sent to your webmaster for final upload.
